Please, please, please reconsider your position on adherence to the HSEs direction, this is not worth the risk and if you ignore this and proceed anyway you will be responsible legally, morally and in the eyes of God for any harm it causes, you have been given the information here so if you proceed and it goes wrong you cannot blame the HSE you will have to look your child in the eye and say yes it was your fault, you made him take the risk for your benefit even though you had the information you needed
